I made some festive holiday macarons! Original macarons with a peppermint bark white chocolate ganache. Recipe here.
note: I added about 6 or 7 Ande’s peppermint crunch thins into the ganache. It gives it a pretty pink color, and a very lovely peppermint taste! They also make baking chips of the same kind, though, which I actually just found out a minute ago!
